There are five licks for each of the five pentatonic shapes (25 in total). Each one highlights the most useful, musical features of each position. Every lick is played with both a click track and a backing track to help you hear the notes in context. You can loop sub-sections of the lick to help you focus on specific phrases and speed up your learning.

To further enhance your playing the app features an improvisation mode that lets you play along to the lick for two bars and then immediately follows up with two bars of backing track so that you can practise playing your own improvised answering phrase.
