The Annual Leadership Forum (ALF) is the AAFP's leadership development program for chapter-elected leaders, aspiring leaders, and chapter staff. At the National Conference of Special Constituencies (NCSC), women, minorities, new physicians, IMGs, and GLBT physicians give a voice to underrepresented constituencies, help shape AAFP policies and positions, and build leadership skills.
