At 100 Year Wellness, our passion is to help people live more vibrant, vital and energetic lives. We are a community-based organization dedicated to prevention-centered corporate health and wellness education. Our health and wellness professionals speak to employees of local companies on a wide variety of timely and important health topics. We offer Lunch Workshops, Health Screenings and Health & Benefit Fairs at little or no cost to the host company. We are supported by a generous group of community sponsors. One of them is a special promotion by a select group of local SUBWAY restaurants who are dedicated to ensuring that health and wellness education is available in the community.
