Artist and poet William Blake created unique “illuminated books” by carving words and images onto metal plates and then coloring the plates by hand. This app contains more than a dozen of these works, many of which can only be found in museums or private libraries. Books of Blake’s poetry, images of his paintings and critical biographies round out this anthology of books, articles and images.
