Application Description
The Teamwork Coupon Control App
At POS, Teamwork can now control the redemption of coupons issued by the retailer for a dollar amount, earned through Loyalty Reward Points or other programs.
A coupon number and its value are maintained in the Teamwork Stored Value Services (SVS) facility in the cloud. When the customer brings his coupon to be redeemed at POS, the Associate simply calls it up and redeems it for the appropriate amount of credit. The redemption is captured and records the coupon as “used”.
This app gives retailers the freedom to issue coupons by ID number which can be redeemed only once, but at any location.
