Teacher's Assistant Pro 2 allows teachers to keep track of student actions, behaviors, and achievements in the classroom. Communicate quickly and easily with parents and administration by documenting student habits and behaviors and sending reports via email, text or making a call right from your iPhone. The app is used by tens of thousands of teachers around the world.
Enter a student's name, class period, phone numbers, and email addresses. Add infractions/accolades either at the end of the day, or as they occur. You can customize the app in so many ways! Teacher's Assistant Pro collects the data you enter, and when you're ready to contact the parent or have a conference, you have all the data you need right in your hands.
The app stores the name of the infraction/accolade, points and colors of actions, the date and time, where it occurred, which class period, a detailed description, what teacher action was issued (and if it was served), and whether the parent had been notified. There's also the ability to add your own customized fields and individualized student details.
Students can be “randomized” into groups and check marks help you track who has participated.
Actions can be shared via email (iPad), SMS text (iPhone) or printing (ePrint or AirPrint). Each of the categories can be re-named to suit your individual classroom needs. You can even hide fields you don't need. You can send the whole class an announcement by using “Email Blast”.
Use the powerful filter to narrow your search or spot trends.
You can sync with multiple devices via “Single User Sync” in the app settings (In-App Purchase required).
