The purpose of PDX.com is to enable an electronically seamless G2C (Governement to Citizen) system. Accredited as a MSC status company in November 2000, PDX strives to innovate and promote Electronic Government services in Malaysia. PDX's technological creativity paid off in year 2002 and was awarded the MSC-APICTA award for the 'Best of e-Government Applications and Services' category. Today, PDX is the leading gateway provider for e-government services in Malaysia.

As the gateway provider, PDX.com will provide the infrastructure to make government services available through the internet. It will enable Malaysians to access electronically personal data held in government departments and transact with various agencies, including making payments online. eServices will also facilitate intra-agency connectivity resulting in more efficient and effective communications and thus lead to higher productivity. All these benefits will facilitate the creation of an efficient and paperless administrative machinery.
