We all want our kids to grow healthy, smart, and strong, but it can be hard to know what your baby needs and how to help them. Mobile Dad is here to help.

This app will provide you with parenting information that speaks directly to your experiences as a father of a young child and part of a military family.

How it works

Twice a week you’ll receive brief, clear messages that relate to your child’s age and development sent to your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad device. Mobile Dad will also send you activities you can do with your child that will support his or her growth. You’ll be able to upload pictures, video, audio, and other content to track your child’s growth and your activities together.

Mobile Dad will provide you with real advice approved by men who work hard every day to balance military and family life. You’ll have the opportunity to help other fathers in similar situations by providing us with feedback on your experience of using the Mobile Dad app.
