Servin Health Log Simple is a quick and easy way to record your health information: doctor visits, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight - anything that is important to you.

As the weeks, months, and years go by, you'll have all your important health information, available whenever you need it.

Health Logs are organized into folders. You can add, rename, delete, and move folders, so you can customize them to your exact needs.

Each folder has a date/time stamp, a description, and notes.

In each folder, enter as many records as you need. Each record is auto date stamped, and you give the record a name and optional notes. You can re-order the records just like you can reorder the folders.

The app works in either default portrait mode or optional landscape mode.
