The Dominion Mobile CRM application enables dealership personnel to respond to new leads by email or phone directly from their iPhone. Once the app is used to contact a lead, the system syncs with the master database and updates the lead status and disposition data. When sending an email to the consumer, the app automatically populates the consumer’s first name for salutation purposes as well as his or her email address. The app also populates the subject line with the vehicle of interest. Based on available lead information, dealership personnel can also see vehicle of interest, comments, and contact information. The mobile app is easily accessed with the same login credentials used for the Dominion CRM application.
