If you can't hear the sounds:
A. Please check if the tiny switch above the volume control on the side of the iPad was locked.

B: Please go check your iPad's 'Settings'>>'General'>>'Sounds' and turn up the volume there.

C: Restart Dog Teaser Sound Box for iPad and again turn up volume on side of your iPad.
