* Advanced Locations Search Tool is built into the app (powered by G**gle Maps prior to iOS6 and Apple Maps in iOS6) to ease searches.
* Preset zoom factors for the map are available for quick browsing (or just pinch to zoom and drag to pan).

DirectTree does not need internet connection to view locations' headings because it only uses the iDevices' magnetometer. However to add locations to each tiers, an internet connection is required.
