This mobile app is a new way for locals and visitors to report information to Council of the City of Gold Coast.
In just a few clicks you can report a civic issue from anywhere in the city, at any time of day. Simply open a report, take a photo and submit. It's that easy.
Once you submit the report, the photo and its GPS location will instantly be sent to City of Gold Coast.
Once the issue has been logged, the City will arrange to remove, fix, maintain or respond to your report as required.
You can report graffiti from July 2013, with more services to follow.
There are many other great features to this app, including real time feedback and the ability to view other jobs logged in the area at the same time. Please take the time to explore.
The City of Gold Coast app has been designed for the reporting of non-emergency civic issues.
During a disaster event, all current reporting channels would continue to be used such as the Disaster Hotline, State Emergency Service (SES) and 000 for life threatening emergencies.
As part of the solution the vendor will be capturing, transmitting, recording, managing, processing and storing data on behalf of City of Gold Coast.

Your participation is voluntary. This information will be used by our officers to respond to the issue and implement management strategies related to the issue. In this regard, in some instances we may contact you. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009, will be stored securely and will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are authorised or required by law.
