With the help of Bart Jansen, internationally known trainer and former professional soccer player, we tried to cover in 45 minutes many drills and other skill building techniques that coaches of all levels will find useful.
Many of the drills can be done in one's own backyard.
My personal favorites are the shooting drills as well as the offensive moves covered.
Coaches and parents are encouraged to change any part of any drill and be creative.
Remember that running practices in any sport, the goal is to keep as many players involved in all the drills at all times!

Marty Schupak has been coaching youth sports for 21 years. He has coached over 5,000 kids in youth athletics.
Many of his former players have gone on to play in high school and beyond. Many have received athletic college scholarships.
Coach Schupak has coached children in baseball, basketball and soccer. He has served on many leagues’ boards of directors and is a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association.
