WY5 helps young people build TEAM, DREAM and a PLAN to achieve their life goals. Through the App students are able to: 1) set goals and break them down into tasks, all to be calendarized; 2) connect to their team of mentors to ask questions and share important information; 3) blog about their life and stories related the pursuit of their DREAM; and 4) search for valuable resources that can help them along their journey (scholarships, internships, afterschool programs, etc.)
