WOD Programmer was designed by a US Army Soldier who ran the CrossFit Affiliate in Kuwait.

Using WOD Programmer fitness athletes can enter an the length of their training cycle, equipment they have available, days they want to train on, exercise and scheme priorities, and duration of workouts and all of that information is built into a custom workout functional fitness calendar based upon a Programming Template.

Athletes can also track and graph results and time all types of workouts including AMRAPs, Tabatas, and each minute on the minute WODs.
