The Wm. Price Heating Company was established in 1937 by Wm. "Bill" Price and E.J. "Jim" McKernan. Now, over 70 years later, Wm. Price Heating and Cooling continues to supply heating and cooling equipment and services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Mahoning Valley. Price is a CARRIER Factory Authorized Dealer and the oldest CARRIER dealer in the area.
In the competitive HVAC business, Price Heating has remained family-owned into a third generation of the McKernan family and continues to service many homeowners who are also second and third generation customers. The McKernans (Bill and Linda and son Chris) attribute the success of the company over the years to four initiatives that Price practices every day: Deliver quality service and products at a fair price; maintain a competitive advantage by offering new products, continuous training and best management practices; market aggressively; put the customer first in everything you do.

Price service technicians are the first (and often the only) point of contact between the customer and the company. Price Heating's 13 employees have a combined 205 years of experience with the company—a statistic that manifests itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction!
Along with operating a business and meeting the demands and expectations of a large base of loyal customers, Price Heating takes time to support Habitat for Humanity through donation of HVAC supplies and equipment, contributes to Second Harvest Food Bank and the Girard High School Robotic Team and donates to United Way and other area charities.
