Wish List is a social gift list app. Using it, you can tell your friends what you want for Christmas, see what they want, and keep track of what you still need to get for whom.

When your friends use Wish List though, they register all the gifts they want in the app, and then you can see what they've put on their list. You can add things to their list or check them off. They won't see what you've added.
