You know those eyeglasses with fake eyes in them that make it look like you're awake? UhHuh is the telephone version of that trick! It was inspired by a friend who mentioned he really wished he had some way to sneak away from a boring conference call where everyone else is doing the talking, but he didn't want to let the people on the other end know he wasn't there.
UhHuh will listen to a conversation and wait for "pregnant pauses" where a person would expect you to acknowledge the conversation with a small phrase like "uh-huh" or "I see" and it will say it for you. No need to actually be in the room to listen to someone drone on and on, let your iOS device do it for you!
The app is fully configurable, allowing you to add your own voice, your own phrases and adjust the level of background noise that is tolerated.
Please note that this won't work with the built in phone on an iPhone, there is no way for software to interfere with the normal operation of the phone.
