Application Description
UnitedHealthcare Retail Reporting Tool is a FREE limited-use app for agents to file their activity reports.
To use the UnitedHealthcare Retail Reporting Tool app, download and install this app to your iPhone. Logon to the Retail Programs Portal through your UHP or UHA website. Select the "UnitedHealthcare Reporting registration" link in the Key Updates section. Register your phone with your Agent ID and the registration code. After the initial registration, you can access the app by selecting the RetailReport icon and logging on with your Agent ID.
