Application Description

With UC Forms you can easily create and fill out your own checklists, surveys and any other kind of forms.

Use the built in editor to design forms with items of type:

- single line of text
- multiline of text
- number
- currency
- yes / no
- date and time
- choice
- image

All your designed forms can be filled out within the app. The collected data can finally be sent to your mail account in a CSV file format.
