Students learn about wind and air pressure, then play a sorting game. Changing temperatures create pressure centers in Earth's troposphere. Wind is caused by air moving from high pressure to low pressure centers. Because Earth is rotating, air does not flow in a straight line from high to low pressure. It is diverted so that the wind flows around high and low pressure areas.
