‘Breaking the Ice’ has gone digital!

Ever felt lost for words, tongue tied or just too embarrassed to strike up a conversation with a stranger? Let the Ice Breaker App deal with the pressure by providing a series of randomly selected prompt questions to get you both talking!

Starting with a series of low level statements that simply require a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer the App gently eases the process along, allowing each participant to either disengage from the process without embarrassment or if things are going particularly well, provide a series of additional questions that seek to up the tempo of the conversation!

Once a genuine rapport has been established an exit strategy allows for further unscripted conversation and the exchange of contact information (mobile number or e-mail address) so that the budding friendship can develop via more traditional means! On the other hand you can both simply walk away with a smile!

The App can be used in a number of situations including, for example, employment or educational induction days, chance meetings, airport lounges, railway waiting rooms and, well wherever two strangers are proximate to each other!

Have fun and pass on the experience!

Being lost for words should never be an excuse from now on!
