Seasonal Maintenance(SM) Checklist helps the user maintain their home year round. It provides a checklist of tasks to perform during each season to keep their house in tip top shape. The user can easily track their progress by checking off the tasks that they perform. They can add (or remove) any tasks they need to perform for any special needs their house may have. They can also email the task list and the status of each task to themselves and/or others.
