Application Description
This child support calculator is based upon the most current released version of the South Carolina Child Support Guidelines. This application and the data it generates are meant to be a tool to aid litigants, attorneys, and others involved in matters where child support is an issue.
This free download will perform a child support calculation for one (1) child only. The paid version will perform both Worksheet A and Worksheet C calculations for up to 6 children.
The use of this application is not to be construed as giving or providing legal counsel or advice. Only an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina can offer or provide legal counsel or advice relative to the facts and circumstances of your individual situation.
