Ribit's BBQ was established in 2009 in Old Hyde Park. It combines an old gas station and old school BBQ. Smoked to perfection Alabama style pork ribs. Pulled pork cooked low and slow in the old North Carolina tradition. Texas style brisket that you can't find unless your standing in Dallas. Georgia style smoked sausage that has enough bite you might say "How bout them Dogs?". Memphis style chicken that will keep you cluckin'.
