Application Description
The RDS FNOL Claims app is offered in a module format.
Module 1 is a low entry level for Insurers, Claims companies and Brokers/Intermediaries. Module 2 and 3 offer full telemetry functionality for live accident alerts with data retrieval for accident management profitability.
Module 1 takes you step by step following an accident and allows you to supply via the app all relevant and important details of the 3rd party, witnesses and the facility to take photographs of the vehicles involved. The time of the incident together with all the collected details are then stored ready for sending. Via location based services a GPS fix will pinpoint your location at the time of the incident.
This information is supplied by automated email to the Insurers claims team instantly enabling early ownership of the incident. This coupled with the relevant accident data can then be utilised to reduce claims costs.
Also there is a facility at any time to request assistance for emergency services, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery or contacting/requesting a call back from your Insurance Company.
