Have you ever had an accident and not known what information you need to take down at the scene? RAA's new insurance motor claims app is a tool to help you collect important information and record details after being involved in a car accident.
If you are an RAA Insurance policy holder, it also allows the information to be sent directly to our claims department to begin the claims process.
The features of our app include:

- Prompting you to gather important details such as the other driver’s name, address and registration, as well as details of any witnesses.

- Providing important contact numbers such as emergency assistance and a tow truck booking number.

- Gives you help on what to do at the time of an accident, for example how to act safely to help others and prevent further accidents.

- Using GPS technology, this app can pinpoint your location if you aren’t sure where you are.

- Records the date and time of accident.

- Allows you to take photos of crash damage, or upload photos from your gallery.

- For current RAA Insurance customers, you can send all of your information through to RAA insurance claims to begin the claims process.

- For those not insured with RAA, you can send all of the information to your nominated email address in order to forward through to your insurer.
