Application Description
PO-SCORAD is a tool to assess your eczema and provides 18 languages for users.
You or your child suffers from Atopic Dermatitis (AD) or Atopic Eczema. Use the PO-SCORAD and you will be able to assess the intensity, the extent and the associated symptoms of your eczema. Assessing means to know your disease better and treating it more efficiently.
Every week or when you need, you will be able to calculate your score and send it to your Doctor who can see how you are getting on between two visits.
The PO-SCORAD was created and validated by the European Task Force on Atopic Dermatitis.
Texts and drawings were produced by Prof. Jean-François Stalder and the Foundation for Atopic Dermatitis.
