Happy Apps brings you easy to use affirmation recordings on a range of subjects so that you can always include affirmations as part of your daily personal development routine no matter how busy you are.
For a long time now I have been using affirmations and meditation as part of my daily personal development routine, but I would notice how easy it was to stray from my new good habits if I was ‘too busy’ and before I knew it a couple of weeks had gone by without reciting my affirmations. So I came up with the idea of having recordings of affirmations, so that on those really busy days, I can just press ‘play’ and with Happy Apps you can too.
If you can find the time, say the affirmations out loud, in front of a mirror, if you really don’t have the time, then just press ‘play’ and listen as you go to sleep or while you are waiting for the kettle to boil.
