Simply select a service or employee and Ovatu will show you when there are time slots available for the appointment, you can override the duration of the visit if needed as well as set your own price. All of your customer's details are recorded and the appointment placed on their file.

Enter your employees and elect which services that they can perform, you can set an individual price for each service.

★ Service Management ★

Enter all of the services which you employees can perform, this can include group services, for yoga, dance or swimming classes or even business seminars. You set the default price as well as the duration (including processing and finishing times for overlapping reservations.)

You can assign as many taxes as you'd like to each product and service. Mark a tax as default and it will automatically be applied to each new product or service. Add your salable products and categorise them however appropriate. Add a barcode to the product and you can scan it with your iPhone or iPads camera!

After the appointment with your customer is over, create an order and add the appointment, add any products that were used and apply charges and discounts to the order.
