The overall goal of this project is to build a watershed-based living laboratory and an evidenced-based mobile toolkit to educate municipal officials, residents, 4-H and youth, students, green industry workers, and Master Gardeners in two watersheds – the Little Papillion Creek Basin ("Saddle Hills Neighborhood") and Cole Creek Basin ("Subcatchment 202") – within the city limits of Omaha, Nebraska.
