Australia’s leading corporate health and fitness company - Bite4life has released its much anticipated Ndorfn mobile app. After working with leading Australian companies Big W, NRMA, CBA and many more, the Ndorfn upgrade will be the first 100% mobile enabled corporate wellness platform in Australia.
Ndorfn allows corporates to design, manage and run companywide health and fitness challenges from their admin controlled dashboard. Corporates can create teams of 5-20 participants, select disciplines and invite staff through social networking platforms Yammer and Facebook to increase engagement.
Ndorfn tracks your fitness activities throughout the day with GPS, analyzes performance, tracks results against colleagues and motivates you to increase your fitness and overall health. The Ndorfn Coaches (Steps and Workout) provide motivation and support through notifications and health and fitness tips.
