Office platform is the internal mobile office system of Central South University. The system is an important office system for Central South University. Through the system,office staff can view or process documents, notification, supervision of work, check e-mail and other functions. The system includes three functional modules-personal office, document management and integrated office .
Personal Office: Through rigorous setting of user names and permissions, it builds a complete virtual office space for employees of different positions and responsibilities in the school. it also provides the documentation to be handled, to be read, the document has been handled and other features.it make the personal office space wealth of personalized and become lucid.
Document Management: process design based on actual school office. It is a school office document management subsystem, covering document viewing,marking,and so on.
Integrated office: including reports, letters, announcements notification, conference applications, mail and other comprehensive business of the school.
