Guru will take you through a trouble-shooting decision tree with an interactive graphical utility to help you identify the problem quickly. GURU utilizes filters to narrow down search criteria on faults seen in the field. These corrective actions also contain diagrams to further provide help to the technician who may not be thoroughly familiar with the unit. A help tutorial is provided to explain how to use the filters in the graphical interactive utility.

-The RMA module provides shipment status information and a link to the courier’s tracking website. GURU automatically selects the correct courier that was used.
- Warranty check provides information on the warrant status of a device by simply inserting the serial number.
