This App is the Lite version of MMA Strikes 1.
This app provides a select number of Lite videos and a preview of the 47 different techniques shown in the full app.
Not only do you get instruction on how to execute each strike, defense and counter but you learn how to use the techniques to set up takedowns, set up the clinch and close distance. From Spinning Back Fists to the Superman Punch to set up the takedown, to the Hook, Catch and Sweep – this Full version of this App has it all.
Freddie Poole has over 29 years of martial arts experience and can break down techniques in amazing detail. Freddie currently holds a 6th degree black belt in Karate and purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has won several kickboxing titles, including national (US kickboxing team) and international titles (KICK). Freddie also competes for the Texas Dragons team in Chuck Norris’s The World Combat League.
