With the JSM Property App you can:
1.Search for available properties across East Anglia and Cambridge based on your specific requirements by price, property type and location
2.See the newest available properties at the touch of a button
3.Receive instant notifications of new instructions and price reductions
4.Create a favourite list of the properties that best suit your requirements
5.Request viewings of the properties you like
6.Receive full GPS directions on the iPhone to any of the properties
7.Request a rental valuation or your own property
8.Phone your nearest branch
9.Email your nearest branch
10.Calculate your rental affordability
Your iPhone has GPS built in and our App takes advantage of this combined with Mapping to effortlessly show you where properties are that you may want to view, and how to get to them from wherever you are right now.
The App is connected to our database of properties and is therefore always up to date with our instructions. Use the Search facility to find properties that meet your needs and use the App to communicate direct with us.
We have the ability to send Notifications direct to you via the App. This could for example be a notification about a special promotion we are running, a new instruction, a price reduction. These are valuable tools for
you but you can choose to turn them on and off yourself by going to Settings in your iPhone or iPod Touch and turning Notifications for the App on or off.
Because it is GPS enabled you could be outside a property and the App will find you. You can then send an email immediately, (even with a photo of the property), to the agent from the App asking them to arrange a viewing, call you about it, or even provide feedback such as that it's not what you are looking for.
