Instructions
1. Start the "IP camera" app, start server,it will show an URL for you to use in Step 3 below.
2. Tap the "Start Photo" button.
3. Type the URL from Step 1 into your PC browser or iPhone Safari browser.

1.your iphone and the desktop computer is the same wifi network
2.one frame per 12s-15s.

4.call or unread sms can interrupt the app
