Application Description
IIJ Smart Mobile Manager(SMM) service is the mobile device management(MDM) cloud service, which manage totally smart devices such as iPhone and iPad.
The following functions are available in the IIJ Smart Mobile Manager service.
- Prevention of information leakage at the time of the loss or theft of the device according to the remote lock and remote wipe
- Collective setting of the account information for each different device such as a VPN account and e-mail account
- Functional limitations such as a camera and a passcode enforcement in accordance with the security policy
- Bulk collect device information such as installed applications and certificates
- Device certificate is available in Wi-Fi and VPN
In addition, the following functions are available to use with IIJ Smart Mobile Manager MDM Agent.
- Detect Jailbreak of iOS devices and notify the administrator
- Immediately push notifications to the device from the administrator
- Tracking the location of the device, including the history
Note: IIJ Smart Mobile Manager MDM Agent requires use of IIJ Smart Mobile Manager service.
