This app was created for attendees of the IB IB Africa, Europe, Middle East Regional Conference 2011 being held 27-30 October 2011 in The Hague, The Netherlands.
The app provides up-to-date program information for all sessions, plenary speaker profiles and a map showing the location of various events taking place within the conference venue.
In this app, you can access:
- the Conference programme
- a list of presenters
- a map of the conference venue
- other information about the Conference and the IB
- the ability to provide feedback on individual sessions
In 2010 the IB Africa, Europe & Middle East Regional Conference challenged presenters and participants to “Imagine Education for a better world”. In October 2011, as the new IB global center in The Hague is launched, we will continue the debate and bring it to a practical level by placing teachers and educational leadership at the center of education and bring inspiration to everyone in their daily work. We aim to provide teachers with tools to inspire their students, and leaders to inspire their teachers.
The 2011 Regional Conference is a unique forum that will draw together the ideas and creativity of educators from a diverse range of countries and cultures from our region. There will be opportunities to share examples of good practice as well as explore and unpack inspiration in education.
Inspiring IB educators and outside speakers will provide the platform for you to leave stimulated and motivated to continue your valuable contribution to education.
