Use the IA Workface application to work with your existing Industrial Audit PowerAudit database.

Our data collection application allows facility operators, project managers, engineers, foremen, safety & quality personnel maximize their entire day. We automate the paperwork, manage the process, and put the correct information in their hands, at the workface. This allows personnel to stay in the field, ensuring the work progresses safely, on-time and on-budget.
We actively inform owners, supervisors, & project managers on exactly what is happening in the field, every shift, every day – allowing issues to be addressed before they become problems.
HOW IT WORKS:
A typical scenario would be a foreman synchronizing their tasks at the start of the shift, loading their day’s work onto their device along with any reference documents. The foreman securely logs in and can quickly complete a pre-job form or a tool box talk, capturing signatures of all attendees. All data captured is date, time and GPS-stamped as to where and when the activity occurred. Throughout the day, the foreman completes tasks either while connected or in ‘offline’ mode. When a wireless spot is available, the foreman synchs back all their completed and in-progress tasks to the server, updating daily progress reports and creating PDF documentation of the work for their records.
At the end of the day, the foreman can track the crew’s progress against key metrics and the number of hours each crewman worked. When the daily progress form is synched back with the server, the earned value reports are updated and timesheet information is submitted.
