Application Description
Are you performing the field operations of a Homeowners Association? There’s an App for that.
Pull out your smartphone or tablet, and now it will display a short list of homes in your association nearby your current location. You tap on the picture for the one you want and immediately get a list of information for the property, including the residents and owners along with their contact information. You can hit one button to call them if you want. You glance over a list of previous contact events you’ve had with the property, and hit a button to create a new one. You select a form letter covering the violation at hand, hit a finalize button, and any number of letters are automatically printed, enveloped, stamped, and sent to every desired recipient. And you did all of this in about 30 seconds, walking away knowing that what you did would be tracked so you can follow up later.

Very few industries today have yet managed to build software for the latest generation of smartphones and tablets, taking their operations into the field and bringing them into the future of mobile computing— but homeowners associations now do. These devices are ideally suited for this purpose:
• Take photographs and send them in form letters at the push of a button. Send by email, and by configuring a physical mail processor, you can have standard paper letters sent in the mail. You can do all of this while standing on a street corner.
• Have a list of all of the homes in your association in the palm of your hand, including resident and owner information. When you’re in a board meeting, you’re always equipped to view photos of a home to discuss an issue.
• Use the GPS location capabilities of your device to enable it to show you where a home is located, and with a tap of a button you can get driving directions to take you there. Think of all those return trips to check if an issue has been resolved. And once you’re there, your device can immerse you with information your surroundings, with names and information about the homes and neighbors.
• Phone and email capabilities enable you to communicate not only with owners and residents, making your list of homes a powerful contact book and fast instant dialer, but also it enables you to have copies of correspondence sent back to the home or office automatically for backup purposes and to make others in your organization aware of all the contacts taking place.
The app is free to try for up to 10 homes so you can see how it will work for you. After that you may purchase the number of homes needed for your operation in groups of a thousand. You may also optionally add a data plan to expand the number of photos that can be stored:

The optional data plan extends your basic cloud storage to permit you to store a generous 5 photos per home and 3 photos per contact, contact event, or property manager. If you choose to cancel your data plan, photos are gradually reduced back to the standard included one per location, or 300 total, whichever is greater.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the current published rate. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
