The Hip Hop Public Health (HHPH) campaign’s purpose is to end health illiteracy and to foster positive healthy behavior change through the power of music. This mobile application is a vehicle for HHPH Ambassadors s to utilize to spread this message. Join our movement.
The tools and resources that you will have access to to promote HHPH within your communities include:.
Access educational material including PowerPoint, multimedia (e.g. videos, music, cartoons, etc) , “elevator pitch” , facts on why this program is important, and FAQ’s
Template for quarterly activity report which includes placeholders to specify Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance.
Session log of your experiences in the field including school/organization/hospital name, date, number of students, comments, as well as incorporating photos and video.
promote your work through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram just to name a few.
