When you see a situation that you wish to report to the site, simply open the application and record the:

- Date
-Time
- License Plate Number
- Placard Number (if applicable)
- Photo

All information will automatically be uploaded to the HandicappedFraud.org web site, and posted in the database. These posts are sent to law enforcement agencies across the country for verification.
