Its quite easy to use. After you launch application, press “Start” then place your iPhone or iPod Touch in your pocket or strap to your waist Wait for sound and start your workout. HealthyStart Pedometer will take care of the rest.

If you need to interrupt or end your workout, you can pause HealthyStart Pedometer. When you’re ready to start your workout again, just press resume.

HealthyStart Pedometer has a friendly easy-to-use interface where all your data will be displayed clearly on your iPhone or iPod Touch screen at all times.

Configuration is quite simple. You can enter your weight, height, and stride length or let HealthyStart Pedometer measure your stride length for you.

HealthyStart Pedometer measurements have a high degree of accuracy; HealthyStart Pedometer uses the accelerometer on your iPhone/iPod Touch.
