Ghana Awake was a vehicle to drive Ghana Black Stars to South Africa 2010, as an ambassador of Ghana to perform during the World Cup, alongside with A. K. A. Amandzeba, A. B. Crentsil, Amboley, Rex Omar and many more.
The Idea of making Ghanaian High-Life Music a Compilation was found when the Greatest Ghanaian High-life Musicians Met at Melrose Arch to say Good bye to the Black Stars of Ghana, after their last game with Uruguay on the Quarter Final Match in Soccer City Johannesburg.
Once again, this compilation is meant to bring all Africa and the World together. Salute to all the People who contributed to this Compilation, Mr. Bongani of Sheer Publishing, Mohammed Kamil Issah (K. S.) Tamale, A. K. A. Amandzeba.
My respect to Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), the President Diana Hopeson, and all of the Musiga Members for accepting Sheer Publishing in Ghana and other West African Countries.
