With the Exact Field Service app, service engineers have all work order information, customer service history, documents, service parts info, manuals etc. available in the field.

Note: To use the Exact Field Service app, you need Exact Synergy Enterprise (as of product update 250), with a professional role and/ or a service management role as your front-office system and Exact Globe Next (as of product update 405) as your back-office system.

The field service app is currently in controlled release as of December 7th, 2012.
