Application Description
The ESA APPRISE Oncology Program is part of a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) intended for healthcare providers (HCPs) treating patients with an ESA for their cancer.
An iPhone app has been developed called ESA APPRISE, designed to provide HCPs with easy way to store and access their ESA APPRISE Oncology Program enrollment number. Also included is a link to the ESA APPRISE Oncology Program website for easy access to program information and forms.
