Note: The EP Time Capture app works together with Timetrax, EP’s time calculation software. Productions must be set-up with TimeTrax in order to enable EP Time Capture.

EP Time Capture allows production crew members to enter, edit, and approve work times from their mobile devices. The app also simulates a daily time sheet where the department head initiates the daily in and out times and the employee approves them. The department head may also enter day labor with minimal startup information so that crew hours can be tracked to that day. EP Time Capture is available 24/7, allowing crew members to enter, edit, and approve their own times at their convenience. These daily times are captured by the employee, approved by the department head and sent to EP’s time card calculation program Timetrax where these hours begin to aggregate into what will become the employee’s weekly time card. The EP Time Capture app requires little to no training. Because times are being verified and approved on a daily basis, EP Time Capture will enable production accountants to produce a more accurate hot cost for the day’s work.
