The EB Assist Drive Scene Recorder (EB-DSR) App for the iPhone provides an easy and convenient way to record drive scenes. It records video and tracks GPS location simultaneously storing both into standard file formats. The EB-DSR App also offers a manual focus mode to avoid focus changes during the test drive.

The recorded scenes can be previewed directly on the iPhone and exported to a Mac or PC using iTunes App file sharing. The recorded scenes are the perfect input for validation of advanced driver assistance algorithms.
For this purpose is possible to import the scenes into the EB Assist ADTF application for further processing.

To ensure best results, use any of the commercially available car mounts for your iPhone. Place the iPhone on your windshield in landscape orientation. Make sure that the rear camera lens is not obstructed by parts of the car mount.
